My wife was charged $869.27 to replace a water pump! That's right, a water pump! We live in Lakeland, FL and my wife took her 77 year old mother home to NP Beach, FL when the water pump failed on her 2003' GMC Envoy. How do these people sleep at night! I spoke with GM corporate to file my complaint and they stated that they do not control pricing and that their dealerships were independently owned & operated. The also stated that "If we did set local pricing that $869.27 would constitute "Price Fixing" and that it was illegal. I spoke with Schumacher GMC and their response was that they wanted to sell me a new car! Go figure!
