My 2008 GMC Acadia was only in my possession for 14 days when it failed to start on more than one occasion. We took it back to the dealership were it was kept for 6 days. Unsuccessful in "duplicating the problem," they are requesting we pick the vehicle up and wait to see when it happens again. We asked that they exchange the vehicle out, they would not because their technicians couldn't diagnose a problem. Damned if we do damned if we don't. A brand new car not starting what is that all about. Pisssssssed in Orange Park.

Tawana Griffin,

It could be as simple as a bad battery which might be just a bad battery or there is something drawing an inordinate amount of power causing the battery to be unable to start the vehicle.

I'd have them cough up a battery and then drive the heck out of it.

Comments on couldn't diagnois the vehicle and would not exchange it
