We had a letter from GMC offering to temporaly

reduce one or two of our payments.

We got through to GMCs call center, "superior" where two ladies thought it was a joke as we could hear them laughing in the background. They reckon they only send these letters out to get you to respond and they want full payment or they will come and take the car.

We ask to speak to a manager "Wade" who was

ruder than the two ladies, he wanted a fee to arrange the extension, when we refused, He hung up on us!

When we called him back he accused us of hanging

up on him. We were obviously not going to get any where with these people.

It is Thursday 14th May at 1:30pm hopefully

management will read this, as the people in this

office are not doing what they are being paid for.
